Script purchases are generally non-refundable after download or license activation, except where a confirmed technical issue prevents reasonable use and cannot be resolved.
Support Renewals
Support renewals may be reviewed when no support work, download access, or renewal benefit has been used during the active period.
Review Process
Refund requests should include the order reference, product or service name, issue summary, and supporting evidence. Reviews are handled case by case.
